This is an original hand-painted production cel from the Walter Lantz Studios production Chilly Willy (1970s). This cel features Chilly Willy on a sled, and was created at the studio and used during the production of a short from the series, and is hand-signed by Walter Lantz himself. The overall cel measures 10.5" x 12.5" overall and is in very good condition with the image measuring 2" x 3".
